خب اولين چيزی که می تونم بگم اينه که خسته نباشی، خيلی خوب شده همه چی.

دوم اينکه اين text box همه چيش خوبه غير از اينکه از راست به چپ نمی شه توش نوشت!

الان هم داره همه چيز رو برعکس می نويسه!
فکر می کنم بايد right align رو هم ساپورت کنی

بعدا نظرم رو راجع به اين متنی که بُر زدی و نوشتی هم می نويسم.

خوب.  كارى كه كردم اينه كه يك theme ديگر ساختم.  پايين صفحه اون drop down box رو ميبينى؟
Developer-pe-rtl را انتخاب كن.  بعد همه چى راست به چپ مى شه. 

Yes, the drop down menu at the bottom of each page has alternate themes.  You can choose a different look for your forum.  I’ve changed the css for “Developer-pe-rtl” so if you’re in that theme, the whole forum is rtl.  It’s weird because as you type it into the text box, it doesn’t look like it’s going the right way (e.g., if you insert English text, it seems to mess up the flow).  But when you preview and post, it’s doing the right thing.  Then, if you go down to the drop down theme box again and switch back to the “Developer” theme (the default), it’s ltr, and things are switched.

This will have to do for now.  I think having a fully bi-lingual forum where you can put tags within a post to change direction is still beyond my coding skill.  Working on it.

Yes, I noticed that too.  When you switch modes, it jumps back to page one and you lose your place. Now, I have decided to open up two windows, or two tabs.  In one, I have the forum set to “Developer” and in the second to “developer-pe-rtl”.  This is cool because I can look at them side by side.  It seems to let me do this.  Yay!

Oh, no.  It doesn’t work. When I hit “refresh”, the view in both tabs switched to the same one.  Maybe if you use two separate browsers.  Firefox and IE, for example.  Or log in as two different people…

OK, I’ll go to the manufacturer and see if anything can be done.

Wait.  It’s trickier than that.  A few more refreshes and I think I confused the poor forum.

This way you don’t mix up the languages on a line.  It doesn’t matter which mode you’re in except for the alignment on left or right.  But no difficulty in getting the meaning. 

And now, a trick.  It turns out the punctuation goes to the opposite side, unless followed by another letter in the appropriate language.  So, just add an “o” at the end of every sentence.  A few spaces first.  And in Persian, use the “he do cheshm”.  See:

ok so when i switch to develper-pe-rtl my navigation line on top of the page is appended to the search box at the top, i think previously it used to be on the line below it, it took me a minute or two to find it ( by navigation line i mean the line that lists all the previous pages like home->forums->...)…

You mean the “breadcrumbs”, right?  Like Forum Home > Announcements and Intro > Technical Support > Thread

Well, I went in and made that ltr, because I noticed in my browser I couldn’t use it for navigation right to left.  For some reason when you clicked on it, it would all be one congealed link, so it wasn’t really functional for navigation.  o

Now, as you point out, it smooshes up against the search box.  But at least it’s functional.  But you’re right, I should at least put it on a separate line.  o

I just have to figure out which template the setup is in (it is easy to find the css template to change direction, but I don’t know where the actual html template is).  Will look around.  o
